foundational rifle
The Foundational Rifle class is a four hour course designed to build familiarity and foundational skills with the AR pattern (or similar) rifle. In this class students will learn the fundamentals of stance, building a consistent index from high and low ready positions, and accounting for mechanical offset. This class is open to beginners and experienced shooters alike.
REgistration Requirements
$150 / person
Must be legally eligible to purchase/own/possess a firearm
Please come with rifle already zeroed and furniture mounted
Cancellations made at least two weeks in advance will be refunded
If the class is cancelled registration fee will be refunded or can be applied to another course at student’s request

Semi Automatic Rifle (AR pattern preferred)
Sling
At least two magazines
Magazine pouch
At least 150 rounds of quality ammunition (steel core not allowed)
Eye and ear protection
Closed toe shoes
Water and snacks
Suggested Equipment
Sunscreen and/or sun shirt
Rain Jacket
Paper and something to write with
Bug spray
Camping Chair
Rifle cleaning kit
Extra batteries for red dot, electronic hearing protection, etc.
