Foundational pistol
The Foundational Pistol class is a four hour course which will focus on building strong pistol fundamentals and teach students the ability to diagnose and address problems in their shooting. This class is open to beginners and experienced shooters alike. Students will focus on building their stance, grip, sight picture, trigger pull, and reloads in dry fire drills which will then be applied to live fire exercises.
REgistration Requirements
$150 / person
Must be legally eligible to purchase/own/possess a firearm
Cancellations made at least two weeks in advance will be refunded
If the class is cancelled registration fee will be refunded or can be applied to another course at student’s request
REquired Equipment
Semi Automatic Handgun
At least two magazines (three is preferred)
At least 150 rounds of quality ammunition
Eye and ear protection
Closed toe shoes
Belt and holster (Can be OWB or IWB)
Water and snacks
Suggested Equipment
At least one magazine pouch for reloads
Sunscreen and/or sun shirt
Rain Jacket
Paper and something to write with
Magazine speed loader
Bug spray
Camping Chair
Handgun cleaning kit
Extra batteries for red dot, electronic hearing protection, etc.
